Terms and Conditions

Contract of Sale

With the acceptance of the order by DMTV Shop, a contract of sale comes into existence. The customer is either informed about this contract via confirmation mail or - if this data transfer fails-by dispatch of the ordered goods at the latest.

Availability

If the ordered goods are not available anymore, or cannot be dispatched due to legal reasons, DMTV Shop reserves the right to dispatch goods, which are of equal value as far as price and quality are concerned, or to withdraw from the contract of sale.

Prices

Goods are invoiced at prices ruling at date of order placement. You will receive an order confirmation including the valid price. The prices include VAT (Value Added Tax). Until receipt of payment, the goods remain property of DMTV Shop 

Cancellation Right

The consumers have the right to cancel their orders within 7 days starting from the day after the order was received, without giving a reason either by returning the goods in original packaging and in a re-salable condition, or by providing notice to us in writing (letter, e-mail or fax) .

  • DM Shop is responsible for the costs of returning the item if the value of the goods exceeds £150. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item.
  • Refunds will be given on receipt of the returned item.
  • Please state your banking details. 
  • A full refund is only given to you if the item is in an undamaged and unused condition.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and in a re-salable condition.
  • We reserve the right to decrease the value of refund in case of damaged and used returns.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept the return of music and video products, where the seal has been broken (copy protection).
  • Hygiene products that has been opened or worn are not acceptable for returns. 
  • The goods must be returned in original packaging and in a re-salable 
  • Please note that user manuals or guarantee documents must be included in the return.

Reduction of Refund Value:

If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to deduct a permissible amount of money.

Delivery costs

  • Delivery costs depend on the weight of the goods and will be shown in the shopping cart.
  • Where goods have been delivered incorrectly, damaged or faulty you should return the goods within 7 days.

  • The customer agrees to the processing by us of your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • The personal information is necessary to execute orders, to answer queries and questions concerning Refunds & Returns.
  • We do not hand over any personal information to any third party.

  • English law applies to all purchases and in cases of disputes
  • DM Teleshopping Network (DMTV Shop) reserves the right at any time and in its sole discretion, to make changes to the General Terms and Conditions.
  • By submitting an order, the customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions.

Payment: 

Simply by Credit Card, Debit Card (information is encrypted) or via PayPal. Please follow the instructions online on the shopping cart.

Security: 

We guarantee that no unauthorized person can obtain any information you have sent. Our shop uses SSL-coding for safe data transfer.

Refund and Return: 

Purchase without risk. You can return the goods if they are faulty within 7 days with money-back-guarantee. Please take account of our General Terms and Conditions and the notes to returns and refunds. 

VAT (value added tax) 

All goods and services delivered within the UK will include 17.5% VAT.
