Shipping and Delivery

Royal Mail Postal Service and local couriers carry out delivery. If you are not present when the ordered goods arrive, you will be informed that you can collect your order at the post office or relevant courier offices in your city. Delivery costs will depends on the weight of the goods ordered. You see the delivery costs in your shopping cart after adding your product.

• Where goods have been delivered incorrectly, damaged or faulty you should return the goods within 14 days.

Incase of Returns & Refunds

• DMTV Shop is responsible for the costs of returning the item if the value of the goods exceeds £150. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item.
• Refunds will be given on receipt of the returned item.
• Please state your banking details. 
• A full refund is only given to you if the item is in an undamaged and unused condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging and in a re-salable condition.
• We reserve the right to decrease the value of refund in case of damaged and used returns.
