DM Shop Returns Policy 

How do I return goods?

If you have faulty, broken or incorrect goods you may wish to return these to us. For details on when we will accept return of goods, please see our Returns Policy. If after reading the returns policy you wish to return goods to us, please complete our online return form and we will arrange this for you.

Our Returns Policy 

Our products come from the best manufacturers and should perform to a high standard. However, if you ever have to return a purchase to DM Shop, we want to help you quickly and effectively. Our returns policy covers all returns, except for software sales where separate conditions apply. 

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

If you do need to return a purchase to us, you must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department.  Call our Customer Service Department on 0161 833 3774 (9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday) or email info@dmtvshop.co.uk. Alternatively complete our online returns form. 

Please note that DM Shop RMA’s are valid for 7 days only before they are cancelled from our system. We will arrange for our carrier to collect the goods. We cannot accept unauthorised returns. We do not accept returns of special purchase items, consumables, clothing and opened software unless it is faulty or software licences. If you return goods please ensure that you have backed up your data. We will not be responsible for any data this is lost.

REASONS FOR RETURN 

Defective product

On arrival - Should a product be dead on arrival or develop a fault please contact us within 7 days of delivery. This may result in a repair, replacement or other assistance in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Within warranty period

Should a product develop a fault more than 7 days after delivery, we will assist you in getting the problem resolved under the manufacturers warranty. This may result in a repair, replacement or other assistance from the manufacturer.

Damaged goods

If you receive an item that is damaged you should contact us immediately. The delivery consignment note should be signed for as damaged and the packing retained as it may be required to process a claim. This does not cover faults caused by customer neglect, misuse or incorrect installation.

Incorrect or missing goods

Please notify us within 5 days of delivery if you have received an item you didn’t order or any parts are missing. The delivery consignment note should be signed for as being only a partial delivery.

CONDITION OF GOODS

Returned goods must be adequately and safely packaged in the original packaging. This packaging should be pristine - unmarked and undamaged. All accessories supplied with the product (cables, manuals and accessories) must be returned.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please attach the returns label to the outer box, where possible avoid using excessive amounts of brown tape and do not write on the manufacturer’s box. For UK and International customers, all returning products must be addressed to:

CANCELLATION

You cannot cancel a submitted order, unless this is agreed in writing by our authorised representative.
