Dr Liaqat Malik
Chief Executive and Chairman

Dr. Malik is a highly experienced entrepreneur and his career spans over 25 years across various disciplines including Legal, Educational and Teaching profession. As an established immigration lawyer and later on as a lecturer and an examiner he taught in University of Manchester, Wolverhampton amongst several other overseas universities. Dr. Malik has established several successful businesses and charities including DM Digital Television, Manchester Technology College, DM Digital Broadband, Malik Solicitors, Paksitan Overseas Aid Fund, amongst others.  He is on the board of several industry bodies including Immigration Law Panel (1999-2004), Member of Chartered Institute of Arbritation.

Dr. Malik holds postgraduate qualifications which include a graduate diploma in Public Law Staffordshire Univ.,  Masters Degree (LLM) Univ. of Wolverhampton, Doctorate in Administrative and Constitution Law (Ph.D) Univ. of Manchester, Solicitors qualifying examination, College of Law, BPP, School of Law London, Advocate of High Court of Punjab. Syed Mazhar Bukhari
General Manager

Mazhar has over 15 years of experience in journalism, as a TV host and presenter. He is one of the founding members of DM Digital Television Network and is the driving force behind the Punjabi and Urdu Channel programming. Mazhar is associated with various international TV organizations and frequently hosts stage and TV shows. A graduate from Karachi University, he is married and outside work relaxes by spending time with his family and enjoys reading.  

Nazia Malik
Head of English Department

Nazia is one of the founder members of DM Digital Television Network and is the driving force behind the development of English Programming Department at DM Digital, which started in 2007. Nazia is credited with positioning DM Digital as one of the best Asian English channels broadcasting from UK.  She has over 10 years of experience within the legal and administration profession. Nazia holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Law  from the University of Huddersfield.  Outside work, Nazia relaxes and spends time with her friends and family.

Raman Mac
Head of Marketing

Raman has over a decade of senior marketing, business development and product management experience in the IT, Telecom and Retailing sector and has held several key positions at HCL Infosystems, Samsung India, Fujitsu PC Asia and Picsel Technologies UK. Raman’s career experience spans various disciplines of marketing, sales, corporate strategy and product management.  He is credited with launching several brands in the emerging markets and takes charge of group marketing and corporate strategy functions at DM Digital. Raman holds an Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from University of Delhi and Prince2 qualifications. Raman is married and has a daughter. Shahid Rashid
Group Financial Controller

Over 12 years of experience in legal practice accounts and Financial Accounting, Taxation, Internal Audit, Accounting information system, Financial Planning, Accounting system development, P & L Management, Cost Control Systems, Budgeting and Forecasting, Computerized Accounts, Management Accounting, Team Leadership, Bank negotiations and relations. He has been DM Digital from the start and has worked across many departments from Accounts to commercial to sales and marketing. Shahid is married and has two daughters and loves spending time with family.
