Welcome to DM Digital Television Network ("DM Digital") event and ticket terms and conditions. These rules govern the terms and conditions of our events and tickets (the "Event and Ticket Terms"). 

 

The purpose of the following Event and Ticket Terms is to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the rights granted to any holder of a ticket for an event organized by DM Digital. 

 

If you buy or hold a ticket or any title that allows you to attend the event (including without limitation, pass, wristband, card or accreditation), you are expressly agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Event and Ticket Terms and any applicable law and regulations which govern the use of the tickets. 

 

The terms "DM Digital" or "us" or "we” or “our” refer to the owner of the Website whose principal place of business is at DM Digital Television Limited, 57-63 Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester M4 4ET. The term "you" refers to the ticket holder. 

 

 

These Event and Ticket Terms applies to the holder of any ticket purchased online or via phone payment at the offices of DM Digital Television. There are NO authorized selling points or authorized agents acting on the behalf of DM Digital. 

 

The ticket remains the property of DM Digital and you acknowledge and agree that the ticket cannot be altered, modify, copied or reproduced by any means without the prior written consent of DM Digital. The ticket is a personal revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price in accordance with these Event and Ticket Terms. The ticket holder has a right only to a seat or location of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket and DM Digital reserves the right to provide alternative seats or location to those specified on the ticket. 

 

You represent and warrant that the ticket is for personal use only, and that it cannot be used for any form of business or commercial activity (save as expressly authorized by DM Digital), and in particular, that the ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. 

 

The rights granted by the ticket benefit to the ticket holder only and DM Digital may but shall not be responsible to check, investigate or carry out any control regarding the identity of a ticket holder and the purchaser of the ticket and expressly excludes all and any liability regarding the use of a ticket by any illegitimate ticket holder to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

 

 

 

DM Digital shall not be responsible for any issue arising out of or in connection with the purchase of a ticket or the purchase terms and conditions agreed with your seller. DM Digital expressly excludes all and any liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law including any payment issues, security or payments, booking issues, ticket collection issues which is the sole responsibility of your seller and you. 

 

 

DM Digital only allows entry to the holder of a valid ticket for the event showing at the venue at the time indicated on the ticket or on the reservation. DM Digital may at its sole discretion deny entry to any ticket holder presenting himself at the venue after the time indicated on the ticket or in the reservation. Under no circumstances, DM Digital shall replace, exchange or refund lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. It is your responsibility to keep your ticket in a safe place after the purchase and to present it at the venue. 

 

 

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will inform you directly and will make their best endeavours to inform ticket holders of the cancellation. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event and DM Digital shall not be responsible for the lack of information or any late information provided to you by your seller. 

 

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered entry at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance or the performance is not rescheduled a full refund will be made only in that circumstance. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase within 30 days as from the date of the event cancelled. You must provide your unused tickets. 

 

 

Ticket holders acknowledge and agree to abide at all time with the venue health and security measures and all regulations and rules applicable to the venue as may be notified to each ticket holder from time to time by DM Digital or any security personal on site. 

 

DM Digital reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person including any person under the minimum age required (as applicable), person whose conduct may be deemed disorderly, who uses abusive language, behaves in an violent or inappropriate manner or who fails to comply with any DM Digital rules or security personnel instructions. 

 

You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers. 

 

You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to DM Digital to utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. 

 

You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the venue or at any time during the performance. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. 

 

Some artists may sometimes tour with headlining performers. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an opening act is changed or cancelled. 

 

 

Neither DM Digital nor any third parties provide any express or implied warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or quality of the performance at the venue. 

 

DM Digital, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms (including, without limitation, conditions of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, the use of reasonable care and skill and any other conditions implied by law) which, but for this legal notice, might have effect in relation to the event and the performance. 

 

 

DM Digital and the officers, directors, employees (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the event), exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with your access to, use of, inability to use or the ticket, attendance of the event, including the conduct of other attendees during the event including any damage, loss or destruction of your personal properties. Always take care of your personal belongings. 

 

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England as applicable therein. Disputes arising in connection with these Event and Ticket Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

 

DM Digital may co-operate with any law enforcement authorities of the Law of England or any court order issued by the courts of the England or any order or direction issued by any authority of the England requesting or directing DM Digital to disclose the identity or locate anyone who is breach of any clauses of these Event and Ticket Terms or any applicable laws. 

 

 

All notices shall be given to DM Digital via email at tickets@dmdigitaltv.co.uk 

 

 

If any provision of these Event and Ticket Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Event and Ticket Terms and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected. 

 

DM Digital may assign, transfer, novate or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Event and Ticket Terms at any time 

 

These Event and Ticket Terms may be available in English only. Any discrepancy or printing error in the tickets is purely coincidental 

 

In the event of inconsistency between these Event and Ticket Terms and any terms and conditions attached to a particular product or service, these Event and Ticket Terms shall prevail.

  

 

Customer's purchasing tickets on this website will have their tickets delivered to them by way of post. The Customer will need to bring the ticket and bring the printed copy of the booking and a Valid PHOTO ID to a member of staff to get entry into the event. 

 

The event will require all guests to be in smart casual dress code for the purposes of attending and be in the event.

 

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  

 

No refund is allowed for customers who are late, unable to provide a valid ID, lose their tickets.

 

Please take care of all personal property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to negligence by the Company, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) for damages to a maximum of the refund of the ticket price. 

 

The consumption of alcohol is prohibited at all times at the event venue and during the event

 

We may at our discretion require any person to alight from a event if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other guests, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other guests, and we shall have no further liability. 

 

In the case of circumstances beyond normal control, such as war, civil or political unrest, actions and orders from the authorities, strikes, catastrophes, epidemics or other severe damages or highly unexpected factors the Promoter may cancel the event, and the monies received will not be refunded.
